Our Caterpillar Corporate Services+ Segment Talent Acquisition (TA) team is made up of TA professionals with in-depth knowledge of the business goals. We are committed to efficient, high-quality sourcing, attraction and hiring practices to ensure we have the right talent with the right skills at the right time to deliver the business strategy. The business areas this role will support: Legal Services, Security, Government Affairs, Public Policy, and Communication.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will leverage your recruiting knowledge, consultation and influencing skills to aid business leaders in attracting and hiring qualified best-in-class talent through innovative and proven talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, in support of efficient, high-quality hiring, you will seize the opportunity to source, engage and connect with great talent from diverse backgrounds on an ongoing basis. The current scope of responsibility includes recruitment for exempt individual contributor and leader level roles within the United States.
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
