The Opportunity

An opportunity has opened up for a Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder on a design-driven community project in Woody Point.

This is a site-based role on a new build featuring high-quality architectural finishes and multiple functional spaces, offering solid exposure to a well-run project from early delivery through to completion. You’ll be embedded in a collaborative site team and supported by an experienced commercial function.

This builder is a nationally recognised contractor with a strong presence in Queensland, delivering projects across education, health, aged care, social housing, community infrastructure, multi-residential and fit out.

They are known for well-run sites, strong systems, and a genuine focus on quality delivery. Current projects typically range from $10m to $65m, offering long-term stability and variety beyond this initial build.

What You’ll Be Doing
