Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage contracts, variations, and compliance activities across residential and commercial solar projects. The role plays a key part in ensuring contractual governance, regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, interpret, and negotiate contracts and contract variations related to residential and commercial solar projects and services
  • Administer and maintain contracts in accordance with Australian legislation and industry standards
  • Manage documentation, records, and information systems related to contracts and projects
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve issues relating to contracts, stakeholders, and service delivery
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, installers, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Monitor contractor performance and oversee variations, claims, and work orders
  • Support project compliance, reconciliation, and audit preparation activities
  • Prepare and review reports, submissions, and compliance documentation for internal management
  • Collect, analyse, and report data relating to project outcomes and contract performance
  • Advise senior management on contractual, compliance, and governance matters and implement approved decisions
Skills & Experience Required
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar professional role
  • Strong understanding of contract governance and risk management
  • High-level documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
