Job summary

Wellcare Australia is seeking an experienced contract administrator to support service agreements within a registered NDIS environment. You will ensure contractual accuracy, manage supplier contracts, and help maintain compliance across participant services.

The role requires attention to detail, strong documentation, and the ability to coordinate with HR, finance, and rostering. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with workflow or case management systems are desirable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in contract administration, project administration, or program coordination (NDIS or healthcare sector desirable).
  • Strong understanding of NDIS funding models, service agreements, and compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with workflow or case management systems.
  • Ability to interpret contracts, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across operational and clinical teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage NDIS service agreements in line with participant plans and funding arrangements.
  • Administer contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and allied health providers, ensuring terms are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Monitor contract performance, including service delivery, invoicing, and funding utilisation against NDIS budgets.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and registers using internal systems
  • Support compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate contract variations, renewals, and terminations in line with operational and participant needs.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, rostering, finance) to align workforce allocation with contractual obligations.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and data analysis related to contracts and service delivery outcomes.
  • Identify process improvements in contract management and contribute to system automation initiatives.

We offer shared housing and assistance for individuals with ongoing mental health needs and are a registered NDIS provider.

Role overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support the effective management of service agreements, supplier contracts, and compliance obligations within a registered NDIS environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring contractual accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth operational delivery across our workforce and participant services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage NDIS service agreements in line with participant plans and funding arrangements.
