Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a professional to contribute to a high‑quality chemical pathology testing service. The role requires knowledge of chemical pathology testing and the ability to work both independently and in a team to deliver accurate results.

You will collaborate with colleagues to apply analytical methods and interpret findings within a diagnostic and clinical context. The position supports a comprehensive program of professional development and equity, diversity and inclusion

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical pathology testing and its role in clinical medicine.
• Expertise in analytical methods relevant to chemical pathology.
• Experience in validation and clinical interpretation of results.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to deliver a high-quality testing service.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge of chemical pathology testing and its role in clinical medicine.


• Knowledge, skills and expertise in analytical methods relevant to chemical pathology.


• Knowledge, skills and expertise in the validation and clinical interpretation of results in chemical pathology and its diagnostic, therapeutic and monitoring role in disease and health.


• The ability to work independently and in a team and demonstrate initiative in problem solving using innovative solutions in the delivery of a high-quality testing service.
