Job summary

Indi Creative in the Hawkesbury, Western Sydney, is seeking a full-time Content Producer / Videographer & Editor to film and edit short-form social media content, business content, client case studies, and office footage.

You'll work with the founder and marketing team to craft content with strong hooks, pacing and storytelling that keeps audiences watching, with creative freedom and room to grow.

Qualifications

• Strong videography and video editing skills.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar.
• Good understanding of short-form social media content.
• Strong sense of pacing and storytelling.
• Comfortable filming people in a natural business environment.
• Creative, reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Filming content in-office and on location.
• Editing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Editing longer-form YouTube content when required.
• Helping develop content ideas and recurring video concepts.
• Capturing day-to-day business activity, client work, sales content and team content.
• Reviewing content performance and helping improve future videos.
• Organising footage and maintaining an efficient content workflow.

Indi Creative is looking for a full-time Videographer / Video Editor to join our team in the Hawkesbury, Western Sydney.

You will work closely with our founder and marketing team to film and edit short-form social media content, business content, client case studies, office content and longer-form videos.

We are looking for someone who understands social media and can do more than simply make videos look good. You should have a strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling and what keeps people watching.

Key responsibilities include:

• Filming content in-office and on location
• Editing short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
• Editing longer-form YouTube content when required
• Helping develop content ideas and recurring video concepts
• Capturing day-to-day business activity, client work, sales content and team content

About you:

• Strong videography and video editing skills

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + super, depending on experience.
