Job summary

iknowho, an Australian food company, is seeking a standout creator-editor to shape how the brand shows up across social culture. You will personally shoot, edit, and present high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, reporting to the Head of Social, Content & Community.

Bring 4–6+ years of content creation and editing, advanced CapCut proficiency, a strong showreel, on-camera confidence, and a passion for fitness, food, nutrition and active living.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years creating and editing social content in-house for a brand or within a social/creative agency.
• CapCut advanced proficiency; experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Canva is highly regarded.
• Proven portfolio showing high-retention vertical video creation.
• On-camera confidence with personality in content.
• Genuine interest in fitness, food, nutrition, health, and active living.
• Production stamina for multiple edits in a fast-moving environment.
• Deep understanding of social search, accessibility (captions, alt text), and evolving platform algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly content: edit a high volume of original videos and platform-specific versions.
• Transform raw assets into polished, platform-native content.
• Master CapCut to produce distinctive vertical videos.
• Craft engaging narratives with strong hooks and pacing.
• Apply creative judgement: captions, sound design, transitions, and CTAs.
• Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid channels.
• Be the recognisable face of the brand on camera.
