• Creating, filming, editing and publishing content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Developing short-form videos, reels, educational content, thought leadership content and behind-the-scenes content.
• Transforming meetings, events, webinars, podcasts and business insights into engaging content assets.
• Supporting the development of personal brands for advisers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with onshore and offshore marketing teams to maximise content production and distribution.
• Managing content calendars and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule.
• Monitoring social media trends and identifying opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.
• Analyzing content performance and recommending improvements.

This is a newly created role for someone who loves social media, understands what captures attention online and wants to build something meaningful.

Working closely with our onshore and offshore marketing team, you'll help grow the profile of our entities through engaging content, personal branding and lead generation initiatives.

We're looking for someone who wants to make an impact, take ownership and play a key role in building one of the strongest content engines in our industry!

What you'll be doing day to day

• Creating, filming, editing and publishing content across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Developing short-form videos, reels, educational content, thought leadership content and behind-the-scenes content.
• Transforming meetings, events, webinars, podcasts and business insights into engaging content assets.

What we're looking for

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and what makes content perform.
• Experience creating and editing video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset and natural storytelling ability.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with both onshore and offshore team members.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to bring new ideas to the table.
• A proven portfolio of developing high-quality content and successfully growing social media presence.
