Job summary

Retail Doctor Group (RDG) is seeking a Consumer Insights & Project Coordinator in Sydney, NSW. This hands-on delivery role blends project coordination, survey scripting, research operations, client liaison and reporting while working in a hybrid setting (3 days in office).

You will own tasks across projects, anticipate dependencies and communicate progress to keep timelines on track. The successful candidate will contribute to insight outputs, with methodology and final client advice remaining

Qualifications

• Two years in consumer insights or research operations with hands-on survey scripting.
• Experience coordinating multiple research tasks, timelines and stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage data and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, milestones and deliverable schedules.
• Coordinate inputs from clients, contributors and suppliers against dates.
• Track progress, raise delays or risks early with proposed actions.
• Prepare agendas, capture decisions and actions, and track to completion.
• Script online surveys, test links and ensure data quality.
• Tabulate and present quantitative and qualitative data with RDG templates.
