Helping Hand is seeking a Consultant (HELF Specialist) to support the implementation of HELF services across residential aged care homes. You will connect with residents and families to understand preferences and clearly explain service options, guiding the HELF journey from consultation to agreement.
Reporting to the Project & Service Development Manager, you’ll work with residential, corporate and care teams to deliver a consistent HELF experience that centres residents’ choices and wellbeing.

An exciting opportunity exists to join our Strategy & Engagement team as a Consultant (HELF Specialist), supporting the implementation of Helping Hand's Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services and helping residents make informed choices about the lifestyle, hospitality and wellbeing services that matter most to them.

Reporting to the Project & Service Development Manager, the Consultant (HELF Specialist) will play a key role in supporting the successful implementation and uptake of Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services across Helping Hand's residential aged care homes.
This is a highly engaging, relationship-focused role where your ability to connect with residents and families, understand their preferences and confidently explain service options will make a real difference. You'll work closely with residential, corporate and care teams to deliver a consistent, transparent and resident-centred HELF experience.
