Job summary

National Australia Bank is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for the AI Platforms team in Australia. You will design and deploy AI-powered features across the stack, from frontend interfaces to robust backend services, collaborating with product, design and data teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You will work on ensuring performance, scalability and reliability while applying microservices patterns and cloud infrastructure know-how in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software engineering or full stack development (e.g – JavaScript/React/Spring Boot.
• Hands on experience with AI/ML frameworks or API’s.
• Solid understanding of databases, API’s and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to take ownership and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture patterns (e.g. service discovery, circuit breakers, API gateways).
