Job summary

Eagna Consulting is seeking a Consultant to join its Canberra team to shape and deliver digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives for government and enterprise clients. You will lead workshops, run stakeholder interviews, and conduct analyses to design actionable AI and transformation strategies.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in management consulting or related roles, strong analytical and client-engagement skills, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or internal strategy/transformation roles.
• Experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, automation initiatives, or technology modernisation programs appreciated.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to run client workshops and gather client requirements.
• Australian Citizen.

Due to continued growth and new and exciting projects they are looking for a Consultant to join their team.As a Consultant you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives for Government and enterprise clients.
