JPS Executive Search & Selection Pty Ltd is assisting a major metropolitan public hospital in South Australia to appoint a full-time Consultant Anaesthetist. The role covers elective and emergency surgery, obstetric anaesthesia, perioperative assessment, theatre and on-call duties, with leadership opportunities in a large multidisciplinary team.

• Specialist Registration with AHPRA or eligibility.
• FANZCA fellowship or nearing completion.
• Minimum 12 months of consultant anaesthetist experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgery across a major tertiary centre.
• Contribute to obstetric anaesthesia and perioperative assessment.
• Participate in theatre lists, on-call duties and multidisciplinary care planning.
• Lead and supervise junior medical staff within a large perioperative team.
