Barna Construction Full Time | Perth + Regional WA (within 200 km) Salary: $100k–$150k + Company Vehicle, Phone, Laptop + Travel Allowances

Barna Construction is a growing commercial construction company delivering high-quality projects across Perth and regional WA. With over 5 years in the industry, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, safety, and building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor who shares our high standards and is ready to play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role

As the Construction Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the construction phase, working closely with senior management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to Barna Construction’s quality standards. The role is predominantly Perth-based but will include regular regional work within a 200 km radius.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities

Ensure all HSEQ standards, procedures, and compliance requirements are met

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources

Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are achieved

Maintain high-quality workmanship across all aspects of the build

Collaborate with senior management to meet project objectives

Conduct site reporting, documentation, and communication as required

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Supervisor in commercial construction

Strong understanding of HSEQ practices and site management

Proven ability to lead onsite teams and manage subcontractors effectively

Referees and references must be provided

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Nice-to-Have

Trade background or relevant apprenticeship qualification

Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail

Salary & Benefits

Salary $100,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
