Job summary

CrewSELECT Pty Ltd in Hemmant, Brisbane, is seeking reliable workers to join a busy recycling facility on a 5:00am to 1:30pm shift. Work involves sorting construction materials on conveyor belts, removing waste, and keeping lines moving in a safe, fast-paced environment.

These are immediate-start, Monday–Friday roles with weekly pay, full training, and potential for ongoing permanent opportunities within a growing operation.

Qualifications

• Fit and capable of manual labour all shift.
• Comfortable working in dusty conditions.
• Able to wear a P2 respirator (clean-shaven).
• Reliable transport for a 5:00am start.
• LF Forklift Licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sort recyclable construction materials on conveyor belts.
• Remove timber, steel, concrete and general waste.
• Keep materials moving using hand tools and shovels.
• Complete general housekeeping and clean-up.
• Work safely and follow all site procedures.
