Job summary

A W Edwards, a leading Sydney construction firm, seeks a Quality Engineer/Coordinator for on-site Sydney projects. The role focuses on managing quality assurance and control to meet project requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Successful candidates will have 3–5 years in construction QA, strong communication, and experience with SAP and QA systems. Long-term career growth and site-based work in NSW are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or science degree or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years in quality roles in construction.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy project QA/QC requirements and site obligations.
• Maintain and monitor Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans.
• Lead on-site quality audits and NCR/CAR processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on QA expectations.
• Ensure records, reports and documentation meet contractual standards.
