Job description

We are Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of a new extension to our aquarium. This exciting project will enhance our visitor experience and expand our educational and conservation facilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly reporting to the Vice President of Operations.
• Pricing and budget preparation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors.
• Liasing with subcontractors, suppliers, site supervisors and all trades staff.
• Organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and maintain rapport with Clients, including site meetings.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
