Job summary

John Holland is inviting graduates to join its 2028 Graduate Program in Construction Management. The two-year program offers rotations across projects and regions to build broad exposure, with mentoring and structured development designed to set you up for success.

You will learn from industry leaders, work on iconic projects, and gain experience while enjoying a supportive culture focused on wellbeing and career growth in Australia.

We’re currently accepting applications for our 2028 Graduate Program.

Kicking off in February 2028, the first job placement will be carefully selected based on your foundational skills and interest areas, ensuring you are set up for success.
