Melbourne Recruitment Services Pty Ltd – Melbourne VIC is urgently seeking experienced construction labourers for immediate start on projects across Metropolitan Melbourne. We offer ongoing work with overtime for suitably skilled labourers and a variety of site roles.

Requirements include ability to use hand tools, jackhammers, a white/red card, full PPE, and the right to work in Australia. Owning tools and reliable transport are an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites performing general labouring tasks.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform basic labouring duties.
• Must hold a white/red card and PPE including hard hat, hi‑vis gear, boots and goggles.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general site labouring and maintain site cleanliness.
• Assist with formwork labouring and trades tasks as required.
• Support demolition activities and night shift labouring when needed.

With over 30 established companies to service each week and multiple projects due for completion in late 2026, we can offer consistent and ongoing work with plenty of overtime to suitable highly skilled constructionlabourers.

Pay rates varying from $36.70ph - $52ph plus travel, super and coinvest

About the role

Experienced construction labourers required immediately to carry out general site labouring, formwork labouring, trades assistants, ticketed labouring, night shift labouring, demolitionand general site maintenance. Own tools and reliable transport advantageous but not critical.
