Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced Construction Labourers for ongoing casual assignments across regional projects in Queensland. Earn strong weekly pay and benefits, including super and travel allowance, with opportunities for permanent roles on successful site days.

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months of general labour or Trade Assistant experience, a Construction White Card, a valid Driver Licence, and the physical capacity to perform demanding site tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labour or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence with reliable transport is highly preferred.
• Must be physically capable and have a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of general labour tasks on commercial, residential and industrial sites.
• Prepare sites, move materials and assist qualified tradespeople.
• Maintain safety standards and PPE on site.
• Support warehouse fit-outs, shopfitting and demolition work as required.
• Complete tasks efficiently and reliably.
