Job summary

Buildsafe Australia is seeking reliable personnel for a hands-on role within the height-safety division. You will load/unload trucks, assist with transport, erection and dismantling of site safety products, and keep records as required. Immediate start for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry is essential.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) required.
• Basic Scaffold Licence or height-safety experience desirable.
• Current valid unrestricted Driver's Licence with own transport.
• Willing to work Mon to Fri, 40–50 hours per week on average.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, labour-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks; ensure equipment matches picking/gear list; ensure loads are secured.
• Transport, erect, and dismantle site safety products.
• Submit reports, maintenance records, and work method statements as required.

• Basic Scaffold Licence (Desirable) or Experience in the height-safety industry
• Current valid unrestricted Driver's Licence, and own transport
• Willing to work Mon to Fri, with an average availability of up to 40-50 hours a week
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and labour-intensive environment

About the role

• Loading & unloading trucks, ensure all required equipment is loaded and components match the picking/gear list, ensure loads are secured
• Transporting, erecting, and dismantling of site safety products
• Submission of reports, truck maintenance records, work method statements and other documents as required
