Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants to join a busy team. Earn minimum $35.11 per hour with 11.5% superannuation and a $22 daily travel allowance. Immediate starts are available, with consistent shifts and potential pathways to permanent roles.

You will work across commercial and residential landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs, shopfitting and more, performing general labouring tasks and supporting trades on site.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a trade assistant.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Current driver licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople on site across construction, landscaping and industrial settings.
• Prepare sites, unload materials and assist with general labouring duties.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Contribute to site clean-ups and preparation work as needed.
