Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Casual Construction Assistant with reliable, physical stamina for ongoing site work across commercial and residential projects. Minimum 12 months general labouring or Trade Assistant experience plus a Construction White Card and a valid driver's licence are required.

Earn $35.11 per hour with 11.5% super, a $22 daily travel allowance, and weekly pay. This casual role offers ongoing shifts with potential pathways to permanent employment and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
