Qualifications

• Manual dexterity to handle items and use a computer.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra/geometry.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enter job budget into accounting system.
• Collect delivery tickets.
• Verify purchase order pricing.
• Process invoices and enter them.
• Enter subcontractor payments and verify contractual compliance.
• Create and enter material, trucking and subcontractor accruals.
• Manage project inventory and accruals.
• Compare budget to entries and explain deviations.
• Identify reasons for deviations from revenue/gross profit forecasts.
