Job summary

Connor Clothing is seeking a store leadership role at our VIC location. You will lead a high-energy team, drive exceptional in-store experiences, and shape daily operations with a focus on customer service and results.

You’ll mentor staff, manage scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising, and stock control while pursuing aggressive targets and earnings through our weekly commission structure and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail or hospitality environments.
