Qualifications

• Configuration management expertise including change control, version management and baseline management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate across technical and project teams.
• High level of organisation and attention to detail, particularly in documentation, governance and quality processes.
• Background working in defence or regulated engineering environments with knowledge of ASDEFCON frameworks highly regarded.
• Ability to work proactively and independently, ensuring configuration integrity and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the configuration management process, including change control, baseline management and quality control.
• Oversee document control processes to ensure accurate versioning, traceability and accessibility of project documentation.
• Support delivery of quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with project, engineering and defence standards.
