Job summary

Brisbane Airport Hotels Group – Brisbane QLD is seeking a dedicated Conference Centre Attendant to support our conference rooms and events at the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. You will help with day-to-day operations, setup and service, while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a friendly, customer-focused attitude, be able to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends, and hold a valid RSA certificate. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• customer service experience in hospitality preferred
• RSA certificate is essential
• ability to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist Conference Centre Manager with day-to-day operations of conference rooms.
• Maintain high guest service standards at all times.
• Assist with set up and pack up of the conference and board rooms.
• Assist with running morning tea, lunch and dinner service.
• Assist with event-related duties and tasks.
• Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.
• Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting OH&S practices
