Job summary

FindMeA Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Civil Labourer to help build and maintain essential infrastructure in Queensland. The role covers formwork, concreting, bitumen repairs and pipe work with a focus on safe, efficient site practices.

Enjoy a 9-day fortnight and Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, based near Marsden. Ongoing full-time casual role with a pathway to permanency and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• White Card is essential for site access and safety requirements.
• Experience in civil or road construction is preferred.
• Solid work ethic and a team-first attitude are expected.

Responsibilities

• Formwork and concreting tasks including footpaths, kerbs, gutters and pits.
• Carry out bitumen repairs and road restoration works.
• Pipe laying and backfilling as part of civil projects.
• Set up traffic control and maintain safe, tidy worksites.

What we're looking for

• White Card (essential)
• MR Truck Licence or higher ( not essential, but is highly desirable)
• Experience in civil or road construction
• A solid work ethic and team-first attitude
