Qualifications

• Batching or concrete experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the plant team to achieve safety and production targets.
• Coordinate batching and loading for deliveries to customers.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to improve cycle times and efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance activities in line with safety rules.
• Participate in site and operational meetings.
