Job summary

Boral is seeking a Concrete Agitator Driver for its Coffs Harbour Concrete Plant in New South Wales. The role involves safe loading, transport and delivery of pre-mixed concrete across the region, with a hands-on, autonomous position in a supportive team prioritising safety and customer service.

The successful candidate will hold a current HR Driver Licence, demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality, and bring excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current HR Driver Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customer sites.
• Manage slump tolerance levels and safe discharge of concrete.
• Complete delivery dockets and related documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with allocators, batchers and customers.
• Conduct daily pre-start vehicle inspections and maintain safety standards.
• Assist with general yard duties and plant housekeeping.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture and comply with company procedures.
