Qualifications

• HR licence is required.
• Experience operating a front-end loader.
• Willingness to learn batching and logistics.
• Willing to work overtime and Saturday roster.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operation of a concrete batch plant.
• Operate a front-end loader (FEL).
• Interact with customers, take orders and schedule deliveries.
• Ensure product quality and safety compliance.
• Assist with maintenance and production tasks.
