Worley is seeking an industry-recognised Technical Partner - Concentrators to shape the future of base metals processing. You will lead technical leadership, support global consulting growth, and influence project delivery for copper and other base metals concentrators.

Qualifications

• Advanced qualifications in Metallurgical, Minerals Processing, Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Professional registration, recognised industry standing, or equivalent credentials.
• Extensive experience across studies, project delivery, operations support or consulting within base metals concentrators.
• Strong expertise in copper and other base metal concentrator design and operations.
• Experience across comminution and grinding circuits, flotation, ore sorting, thickening and tailings management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to support global business development and client engagements.
• Couple with customers to understand complex processing challenges and tailor solutions.
• Shape high-value consulting opportunities and strategic pursuits.

As a Technical Partner, you'll be a recognised subject matter expert in base metals concentrators, helping customers solve some of their most complex technical challenges while strengthening Worley's position as a trusted adviser across the mining sector.

What You'll Do

Drive Customer Success and Business Growth

• Provide technical leadership and expertise to support business development activities globally.
• Partner with customers to understand complex processing challenges and develop tailored solutions.

• Champion Worley's technical capabilities and strengthen our market reputation.

Provide Technical Leadership

• Act as a recognised industry authority in base metals concentrator processing.
• Provide technical assurance and oversight on complex consulting and project delivery engagements.
• Lead innovation in concentrator design, optimisation, debottlenecking and operational performance.
• Evaluate and apply emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Build Thought Leadership

• Publish technical papers and present at industry conferences.
• Represent Worley as a speaker, moderator or industry expert at high-profile events.
• Contribute to industry discussions, research initiatives and standards development.
• Develop market-facing insights that enhance Worley's position in the industry.

Mentor and Develop Capability

• Support the development of consultants and technical specialists across the business.
• Coach and mentor emerging talent.
• Contribute to workforce planning and capability-building initiatives.
• Help shape future technical leadership within the Consulting business.

What You'll Have

• Advanced qualifications in Metallurgical, Minerals Processing, Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Professional registration, recognised industry standing, or equivalent credentials.
• Extensive experience across studies, project delivery, operations support or consulting within base metals concentrators.
• Strong expertise in copper and other base metal concentrator design and operations.
• Demonstrated experience across:
  • Comminution and grinding circuits
  • Flotation systems and reagent strategies
  • Ore sorting technologies
  • Thickening, filtration and dewatering
  • Tailings and water management
  • Energy-efficient process design and optimisation
• Proven success delivering complex multidisciplinary projects and technical solutions.
• Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management and business development capabilities.
• A track record of industry recognition through publications, conference presentations or technical leadership.
