Compounded Pty Ltd, a standalone compounding pharmacy laboratory in Alexandria, Sydney, is seeking a motivated Compounding Pharmacist to join the team. NEW GRADUATES are welcome and training will be provided.

The role includes compounding, dispensing, and quality control, with a focus on accuracy and customer-practitioner liaison. We value commitment, learning, and work-life balance in a supportive, family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Prior compounding experience is preferred, however training will be provided to the successful applicant.
• NEW GRADUATES are welcome.
• Must be registered as a Pharmacist in NSW.
• Strong communication with staff, customers and practitioners.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to multitask in a busy lab and dispensary environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulating medications for our compounding technicians.
• Dispensing prescriptions.
• Overseeing the compounding procedure in the laboratory.
• Checking final products for accuracy and safety.
• Liaising with customers and practitioners regarding medications.
• Ongoing continuing education to stay updated.
• Assisting the Senior Pharmacist in Charge as needed.
• Reviewing and maintaining SOPs, Quality control procedures and compliance policies.
