Creek Street Christian College has been an integral ministry of Creek Street Church in Bendigo since 1981. ABOUT THE POSITION

Part‑time (0.4FTE) Compliance Officer position available – commencing January 2026. Successful candidates will have a proven work history, share the core values of the College, and demonstrate a desire to contribute to our growing regional Christian College community.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee compliance, risk, child safety and OHS systems across the College.
  • Maintain registers, documentation and audit‑ready evidence.
  • Provide reporting to the College Executive Team and College Council.
  • Maintain and improve compliance systems, tools and workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications / Experience
  • The successful applicant will hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Law or a related field.
  • Qualifications or training in Compliance, Work Health and Safety, or Risk Management (e.g., Certificate IV or Diploma level) are highly regarded.
  • Experience in an educational environment would be highly regarded.
