Job summary

Toll Group is hiring a Compliance Support Officer for Heathwood, QLD. The casual role runs Monday to Thursday, 9am–3pm, with onboarding and pre-employment checks including a police check.

You will assist with on-site service coordination, MHE fleet compliance, pallet control, and consumables management, requiring good communication and MS Office skills. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Compliance or admin experience in a similar role.
• MHE licence (HR/CB) is advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with pallet control is valued.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with on-site service provider to log and track service jobs.
• Support MHE fleet including tagging out and return-to-service control, charging and parking compliance.
• Perform inspections and other MHE compliance tasks as required.
• Manage pallet control and monthly counts (Chep & Loscam).
• Oversee consumables ordering and control as needed.

Toll Recruit are currently seeking a Compliance Support Officer in Heathwood, QLD. Our client is a leading e-commerce business that distributes major brands of electronics, fashion and homewares (Speciality Retail).

Experience with MHE fleet support is highly regarded, as the site runs with 60 long-term rental machines with a combination of HLOP, HR and CB forklifts and Floor level EPJs.

This is a casual position currently offering shifts Monday to Thursday, 9am-3pm.

Candidates must successfully complete onboarding and pre-employment checks including a police check. This position is available for an immediate start.

Duties

• Liaise with Linde Service on-site to log and track service jobs
• MHE fleet support including tag out and return to service control, machine charging & parking compliance
• Inspections and other MHE compliance tasks as required
• Pallet control; monthly counts, on/off pallet processing (Chep & Loscam)
• Operations consumables ordering and control - as required

Skills and Experience

• Compliance / Admin experience preferred (document / data)
• MHE licence advantageous (HR/CB)
• Computer literate and proficient using MS Office application (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Previous pallet control experience (highly regarded)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
