Qualifications

• 2–4 years' dispute resolution experience in a top-tier or mid-tier firm.
• Experience in medical negligence defence or civil liability is desirable.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills, written and verbal.
• A commercial approach and an ability to articulate and negotiate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
• Ability to be team-focused, provide leadership and mentoring to the juniors in the team whilst also work independently.
