Job summary

Apollo Care Alliance is seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team at the Tenterfield facility in NSW. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care across Millrace and Haddington, including personal care, mobility support and safety during weekday night shifts.

The role offers Full-Time and Casual opportunities with competitive pay, salary packaging options, and progressive training to support excellent resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent required.
• Experience providing daily care to clients in aged care.
• Experience working in an aged care setting preferred.
• NDIS Worker Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Available during Christmas and New Year for Part-Time shifts.
• Passion for delivering person-centered care.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences.
• Provide clinical care including medication support and basic wound care.
• Support social and recreational activities for residents and families.
• Perform domestic tasks such as cleaning and meal service.
• Complete care documentation, progress notes and daily charts.

Education

Certificate III in Aged Care

Experience in daily care

Experience in aged care setting

NDIS Worker Clearance

Availability during Christmas/New Year for Part-Time shifts
