The Mark Moran Group is inviting applications for Personal Care Workers to join our new state-of-the-art aged care facility in Vaucluse, Sydney. Open shifts include morning, afternoon and night; positions available as full-time, part-time, or casual.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a personal care or aged care role is desirable.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or related discipline.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards.
• Knowledge of Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRs).
• Proactive, self-driven and adaptable to changing resident needs.

Mansioni

• Take responsibility for the care and wellbeing of residents and assist with feeding, toileting, personal hygiene, dressing and mobility.
• Continuously monitor residents and report changes in health to the Registered Nurse.
• Assist in implementing planned resident programs covering care, nutrition, continence, mobility and wellbeing.
