Job summary

Southern NSW Local Health District in Junee is seeking an experienced Assistant in Nursing to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in a frontline role. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to support patients and families.

This permanent role offers full-time, part-time or casual opportunities with up to 38 hours per week, generous leave entitlements, and access to staff wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Cert III qualification in Health Services Assistance or equivalent, or one year of Undergraduate Registered Nursing or Midwifery degree.
• Immunisation and screening requirements as per NSW Health OASV Policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with standards and legislation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.
