Dovida is seeking compassionate carers to provide in-home support to older Australians in Miranda, Caringbah, Kareela and surrounding areas. You will travel between clients, start from 7am, and work at least three weekdays with a reliable vehicle and valid driving licence.

We offer paid training, career growth pathways, and 24/7 support from a local office team. A Certificate in Individual Support (Ageing) is welcome but not mandatory.

Qualificações

• Must be located within Berrigan and surrounding areas and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client.
• Available Monday-Friday for a minimum of 3 days from 7am onwards.
• Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
• Hold a current Australian working rights and be willing to complete a National Police Check.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily living by helping with personal care, meal preparation and household tasks.
• Offer reliable transport and friendly company for trips like doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and social outings.
• Build strong relationships with clients by listening, learning their life stories, and bringing variety and brightness to their week.
• Share updates and observations about client wellbeing with Care Managers to keep support meaningful and relevant.
