Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking a Hospice Primary Nurse to work under supervision in providing skilled nursing assessment, planning and care for hospice patients and families at the Pascagoula facility.

Requirements include a nursing degree, an active RN license (Mississippi), BCLS and de-escalation training, with 2+ years RN experience preferred, including acute care, hospice, or home health settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license in Mississippi or extended role.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing assessment, planning and care to hospice patients and families.
• Adhere to Singing River Health System procedures, policies, and accrediting guidance.
• Perform duties with professional judgment, teamwork and effective communication.

Education
