Job summary

Nurse Next Door Home Care Services is seeking dedicated carers to join our growing team for flexible in-home care roles starting from 20 hours per week. We are a leading home care provider delivering high-quality services with a focus on making lives better in the comfort of clients' homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, all tailored to each client's care plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability.
• National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector).
• Working With Children Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion.
• NDIS Worker Screener Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a premium care experience that is genuine, compassionate and personalised.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.
• Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
