Job summary

Dovida Australia is seeking caring home-care assistants to support daily living, meal prep and household tasks for clients in the Laurieton area. You will travel between clients, provide companionship and assistance, and help maintain wellbeing for those you serve.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable and communicative, with a valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a phone and a laptop/tablet for coordination and documentation. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient with a caring approach.
• Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Able to travel between clients in your local area.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living with personal care, meal prep and household tasks.
• Provide transport and companionship for appointments and errands.
• Build relationships by listening and brightening clients' week.
• Share wellbeing updates with Care Managers to ensure meaningful support.
