Job summary

Australian Unity is seeking compassionate carers to support elderly clients at home in the Orange area. Whether you are experienced or starting out, you will provide domestic assistance and personal care, helping with cleaning, laundry, meals, and transportation support as needed.

This role offers permanent part-time or casual contracts with 20-40 hours per fortnight plus flex-up hours. You will earn $34.80-$36.59 per hour plus 12% super, a $0.92/km travel allowance and paid travel time.

Qualifications

• Live in the Orange area and surrounding suburbs.
• Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence with your own car.
• Available to work 6 hours/day 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday, plus 1 weekend in 4.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance: cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, meal prep.
• Provide personal care: showering, toileting, medications assistance, transport support.
