Job summary

Pullman Adelaide, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a Food Services Attendant to support the Transition Care Service (TCS). You will prepare, plate and deliver nutritious meals to patients in a hotel-based care setting, blending hospitality with healthcare.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will work with culinary and stewarding teams, ensure dietary needs are met and uphold hygiene and service standards. Flexible shifts, weekend availability, and compliance checks are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail in meal prep and delivery.
• Reliable, calm and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hospitality or healthcare is preferred but not essential.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays.
• Eligible for South Australian Working with Vulnerable People Check and National Police Clearance.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient meal selections with Amplar Health clinical staff and Pullman Adelaide culinary team.
• Deliver meals to designated floors with warmth, professionalism and care.
• Prepare trays and service items in coordination with the stewarding team.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all food service areas.
• Communicate guest needs or concerns to dietary and culinary teams as needed.
• Monitor supplies and equipment dedicated to the Transition Care Service.
• Uphold Pullman Service Standards in daily duties.
