Job summary

Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) seeks a compassionate Enrolled Nurse for casual shifts in our Melbourne area. You will provide high-quality clinical care, work with residents, families, and the broader care team to support health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Key requirements include current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, experience in residential aged care, and strong observation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Support Registered Nurses with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care.
• Administer medications safely within scope and policies.
• Conduct clinical observations and monitor health and wellbeing.
• Recognise changes in condition and escalate to RN when needed.
• Assist with procedures such as wound care and glucose monitoring within scope.
• Support residents with daily living and promote dignity and autonomy.
• Guide and support Personal Care Workers as required.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and records.
