Job summary

Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care at Blacktown Hospital. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver tailored nursing care, participate in care planning, and maintain accurate records while prioritising patient safety and dignity. The role is temporary full-time with a close date for applications and a focus on collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Recent clinical experience relevant to the position.
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse.
• Effective clinical communication through IT, written and verbal means; able to work with a multidisciplinary health care team.
• Understanding of patient-centred care and ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Support assessment, care planning and coordination of patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
