Job summary

St Vincent's Care Services Hawthorn is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centred care in a 91-bed Hawthorn East facility. The role supports the Registered Nurse in planning and delivering care, documentation, and patient advocacy within a Catholic not-for-profit aged care setting.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Diploma of Nursing or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and document assessments and outcomes.
• Coordinate care plans in collaboration with the Registered Nurse.
• Communicate resident responses to treatment with the care team.
• Participate in clinical risk management and quality improvement activities.
• Act as a preceptor for new Personal Care staff.
