Southern Cross Community Healthcare in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a reliable Disability Support Worker to assist a 40-year-old male with a traumatic brain injury in living independently at home with his family.

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and receive training to perform duties effectively, with shifts from early morning to late evening and nights across three daily options.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have good English communication skills.
• Passionate about caring and client wellbeing.
• Current references.
• Current driver's licence, vehicle registration and your own car with insurance.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain (mandatory).
• First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain (mandatory).
• Working With Children Check – Paid (mandatory).
• Certificate III (Ageing or Disability) or equivalent (mandatory).
