Job summary

Focus Care is seeking caring & compassionate Support Workers to assist clients in Milton with in-home care. Roles include personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support; shifts may include weekends and overnights. A current driver’s license and vehicle are required, along with NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain one.

Minimum 10–15 hours per week. We offer competitive pay, paid kilometres, training and development, EAP 24/7, and a supportive team ready to help you grow

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and registered vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability to work minimum 10–15 hours per week.
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support to clients within Milton.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients.
• Assist with transport and community access.
• Deliver domestic assistance and social support.
• Travel to clients’ homes within a specified location.
